Hello! I’m Lindsay Cowdin! I am a therapist intern passionate about working with children and adolescents. My goal is to provide a warm and compassionate environment where young people can feel safe working through difficult emotions and life challenges.
I use evidence-based techniques tailored to each child or teen’s developmental stage and needs. I also collaborate closely with families and my supervisors to create personalized strategies that promote resilience, emotional growth, and healthy coping skills.
Together, we can support your child’s well-being and help them thrive.
